Oil Painting
Oil painting is the process of painting with pigments that are bound with a medium of drying oil. Commonly used drying oils include linseed oil, poppyseed oil, walnut oil, and safflower oil.

Objectives : Upon completion of this subject, the student should be able:-
1. select, apply and correctly interpret analyses appropriate for a given study
2. develop a research plan/ proposal
3. selecting an adequate sample and be familiar with the various sampling techniques
4. acquire the ability to identify and define a meaningful problem, conduct an adequate review to related literature and state the problems in terms of a testable hypothesis/ research questions
5. understand the research process and methodology which will facilitate acquisition of specific research knowledge and skills
6. Critically analyses and evaluate research reports/ dissertation
Description : This course will focus on the different types of research with special attention given to research in education and TESL Research strategies, research design, data collection and interpretation and preparation of research reports will be discussed
